Shipping
We offer complimentary delivery for all online orders in the UK and do not currently accept any international online orders. Please allow three working days for us to dispatch your order or up to seven working days for engraved orders; unless otherwise stipulated on the product page selected.
Bespoke or commissioned orders may take longer to dispatch, but the time duration will be quoted to you prior to you making payment. Should we not be able to fulfil our promise, we will notify you immediately and return your payment in full.
Your order will be dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery Monday – Thursday and will arrive the next working day. A signature will be required upon receipt of the delivery. This excludes Saturdays and bank holidays. We do not offer a same day delivery service but if it is urgent please contact us by email on sales@gemshattongarden.com or call us on 020 7831 0505/ 020 7242 4325.
Returns
We offer a 30-day back money guarantee from the date of receiving your online order.
Goods that are returned are returned at your cost. We do not accept any liability for loss or damage to items which are returned to us. It is also advisable to obtain suitable insurance and means of tracking the item being returned. Please note you will be responsible for the full cost of those Goods if they are lost or stolen during their return journey to us, so we recommend that you use a tracked delivery service which is insured appropriately for the value of the goods.
We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on any engraved, bespoke or customised pieces. Earrings are exempt from being returned for hygiene reasons.

We take care and time to try and ensure our Website is as accurate as possible, both in terms of prices displayed and description of products and services. All measurements displayed are approximate and any errors will be wholly unintentional. Orders will only be accepted should there be no material errors.
